We have a daughter Alexis who just graduated cosmetology school and is employed at Spa Shiki at the Lodge of Four Seasons. I am an avid sports enthusiast and outdoor man. In St Louis I owned and operated several restaurants over a twenty-five year period, the last being “Domenico’s Italian Restaurant” in Florissant. Hello my name is David Camperson. I moved to the Lake of the Ozarks in July of 2002. While I was growing up my father was in the Air Force, which gave us the opportunity to live in many different places and states. One of my favorite places was Honolulu, Hawaii which we lived until I was nine. We moved to the states and I ended up going to school in Oscoda, Michigan until 1990 and college at Central Michigan and Northern Michigan University. I have had many types of sales jobs over the years and Real Estate tops them all. Helping people solve their real estate problems is what I do best, I sell houses!!

I was born in Dayton, Ohio and lived there most of my childhood. Of course, I was lucky enough to travel and live many places including Oklahoma, Kentucky, Nebraska and finally settled in Missouri. After finishing up high school in independence I went on to go to college. Then I met and married my husband Jeremy, and we settled into his home area here at the Lake of the Ozarks. I’ve been living at the Lake for about 10 years now and love it! My husband and I, along with our two young kids enjoy many different activities including hunting, fishing, and anything to do with the great outdoors. We are a very active family and enjoy everything the Lake has to offer.

Jessica Thibodeau - Real Estate Agent

I was born in St. Louis and lived there till I got married to Justin in ’99. My main hobbies are sports, anything active; I am on a coed volleyball team, coed softball and women’s softball team. I also like to hike, camp and explore. When I was little I wanted to be a treasure hunter, like Indiana Jones or the girl version, Lara Croft. I was actually in a spelunking club (I repelled down into caves). Anything that gets my adrenaline going. When I want to get in touch with my sensitive side I like to paint, all the artwork in my home was done by me. It is messy and time consuming so I don’t indulge to often. Finally I would say that photography is a true passion of mine. I have entered one contest and had what I titled “A Blaze of Glory" published in a coffee table book. There you have it, all that to say; sports. photography and thrill seeker. I am what you call well rounded. I am working on that.

Kathy Hunter Eckhoff - Office Manager and Graphic Designer

I was born arid raised in Jerseyville, Illinois which is predominantly farming community just across the river from St Louis. I am a 5th generation twin. Having a twin brother, I became quite the tomboy and was always found in the middle of a bunch of boys playing sports. In later life golf became my sport of interest.

After receiving a Bachelor of Education in Physical Education and Art from Southern Illinois University, I gave teaching a try . It was not my calling in life, so back to college I went. This time my degree was in Graphic Design. I began work as an Art Director at an Advertising Agency in St. Louis. I moved to St. Louis and met my husband, Bill. We have been married since 1994.

Bill and I have the mutual love of boating and water sports, so the Lake of the Ozarks was our favorite vacation destination.  When Bill was able to retire after 30 rears as a concrete tuck driver we decided to move to the Lake. Living at the Lake is like a dream - your backyard is your playground.

In 2006 I met Mike Oddo. He was in the process of expanding his real estate company. We soon learned we were a perfect fit. His superior advertising and marketing skills were right up my alley. I am proud of how our Team has grown and all that we have accomplished and continue to accomplish- namely--becoming-the #1 Real Estate Team at the Lake.

Katie Shifflet - Listing and Closing Coordinator

I was born and raised in McLean, a small rural town in central Illinois. I love playing sports. Softball is my favorite and I played every summer and through out high school. When looking into colleges. I didn’t think much about playing I was offered a softball scholarship to Springfield College in Illinois and I couldn’t passed it up. I played for two years and graduated in 2005 with a degree in Liberal Arts.

I had been coming to the Ozarks since 2002 to visit family and loved it. It is so much fun going out on a boat all day and just being with friends and family. When I came back in Mar of 2006. I knew this is where I wanted to be. Less than a month later I moved here. That same month I started working for the Mike Oddo Team and they have become my second family. In the summer of 2007 I started working part-time at Franky and Louie’s Bar and Grill. At both jobs I get to meet such wonderful people which has made me truly realize this is such a wonderful place to be!
